At Raumergården our interest in wine is passionate and well educated. Every year we travel to the Bordeaux-region to study and gather knowledge about this traditional and exciting wine district. Every week we arrange wine tasting and lectures in the beautiful Bordeaux Room. If you want to experience something exclusive, this is something you will appreciate.

We have a well assorted wine cellar, including both red and white wines. Our collection includes ca 1200 bottles of new and old years. We also have collector items that may be consumed now. In addition we have 8-900 bottles that are ready to drink now! We keep mostly French wines with an emphasis on the Bordeaux, Grand Cru and a wide assortment of Cru Borgouise. You will also find Champagne and Chablis in our stock. Wine from the "New World" is represented with wines from USA and Australia. You will also find the great Italian houses, including some "Super Tuscan". Spain is represented with wines from the new style Navarra and Rioja.

Full length evening with wine causerie and four course dinner.

We commence with wine tasting and a causerie in the Bordeaux Room, which is adjacent to the wine cellar. During the causerie you will be tasting three different wines from Bordeaux. We will take you on a wine journey to the different chateaus and show you the characteristics of the Bordeaux region. You will understand that drinking a wine alone, or complementing wine and food are two very different experiences. One of the vines is especially complementary with the dinner of the evening. We arrange a selection of wines, and you can enjoy the wine of your choice during the meal.
