Reservation terms and cancellation policy at Raumergården Hotel
30% of the total amount is to be payed when a contract is signed. Two weeks upon arrival, another 45% of the total amount is to be payed. The rest of the amount is to be payed by creditcard at the hotel after checking in at the hotel. Your prepayment is a guarantee for your stay , and if we do not receive your payment at set time, it is to be regarded as a cancellation. In case of decrease in number of participants after 14 days upon arrival, your company will be invoiced for the whole amount.
